This course was created to empower people to reset their baseline balance. What we need to feel well and healthy is basic and simple. Sadly most of us have never been taught the foundations of wellbeing. The content introduces everyday self-care for healthcare. It explores how to make nourishing lifestyle choices to support our constitutional strengths/weaknesses, It introduces Restorative Yoga practices to rejuvenate and renew our energy.
Constitution
Like a car our bodies need servicing, regular fuel top-ups, and ongoing maintenance. As with cars some bodies/vehicles are built for high performance and some are not! We all have unique constitutional strengths, inherited at birth, that influence our health. Nourishing Roots is a self-healing prescription which connects us to what is natural.
The practices for this course are all Restorative Yoga. This restful style of Yoga, helps rejuvenate the internal organs and rebuild deep energy reserves. Some practices are as simple as lying on our bellies propped with a pillow.

The course is structured as seven steps/chapters. Each chapter of the course includes:

- one or two Restorative Yoga practice videos for each of the seven steps
