Cameron Tukapua offers you a 7 step healing pathway based on 4 decades of Clinical Acupuncture experience, professional development and practitioner training.This program includes pre-recorded Restorative Yoga practices showing you HOW to heal your body-mind through mindful nourishment and conscious rest. Across 7 weeks we will come together once weekly for 1.5 hour sessions. We will explore how to apply these teachings to our groups current health care needs with Q and A driving the process. We will dive deep into how to be our own best friend and healer
